Brenda L. Silvils, President/CEO of BLS Consulting, LLC has 25 plus years of full life cycle IT experience implementing Oracle CRM, Project Accounting, and the integration of Oracle Financials. Brenda also worked with IT consultants to upgrade financial systems while in her role(s) as assistant controller, cost accounting manager and project controller of major corporations. Ms. Silvils' experience spans across government and commercial sectors for various industries.

BLS Consulting management has leadership experience as the client, and also as an Information Technology Consultant, and financial resource, providing services to clients. This level of experience places BLS in the exceptional position of identifying the exact services, and level of experienced talent required for client projects.
